Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
A gale center over New Brunswick late Thursday, tracks northward
into Quebec tonight. High pressure then builds across New England
Friday. Saturday, an elongated area of low pressure tracks up the
eastern seaboard, then offshore Sunday with high pressure building
into New England. Next week, low pressure offshore may combine with
strong high pressure over Quebec, yielding onshore flow and rough
seas.

4 ft this afternoon.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S after midnight. Seas
2 to 3 ft.
.SAT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt, increasing to
20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM in the afternoon.
