.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Light and variable flow can be expected to start the day but will increase out of the south late this afternoon, becoming weak to moderate, as surface high pressure moves east, into the western part of the Gulf. 

A weak to moderate southerly flow will continue tonight. 

Weak to moderate southerly flow is expected to increase to stronger levels Friday with Small Craft Advisory conditions likely (winds 20-30 knots) over the southern bays and nearshore waters. 

Moderate to strong onshore flow persists on Saturday before weakening to weaker to moderate levels on Sunday. 

Moderate onshore flow is expected for the first part of next week.
