.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Strong onshore flow is expected to develop this afternoon and continue through tonight. 
Onshore flow and seas will subside Tuesday. 
Weak to moderate onshore flow is then expected through the latter half of the week. 
Shower and thunderstorm chances return Saturday and increase through the weekend as a cold front approaches the waters combined with well above normal moisture.
