Please find attached MSIB 26-24 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a work site in the Corpus Chriti Ship Channel, Inner Harbor, Callen Marine has informed USCG they will be installing a submerged pipeline in the inner harbor 16 APRIL 2024 from 1000 to 1400.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Moderate to strong onshore flow is expected tonight through early Tuesday, as an upper-level disturbance approaches the Southern Plains. 
As the gradient relaxes Tuesday onshore flow will return to weak to moderate Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night. 
This will persist through the end of the week ahead of our next front.
Shower and thunderstorm chances return over the weekend as a cold front approach. 
Latest timing has the front moving offshore Sunday morning with moderate to occasionally strong northeast winds in its wake.
