The Coast Guard will be establishing a temporary safety zone from Mile Marker 30 to 31 on the CRSC near Sulphur, LA. The safety zone is needed to offload a ship loader at a waterfront facility from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024.

 

No vessel traffic will be permitted to transit the zone during this operation. Concerned vessels may contact the COTP or the COTP’s representative on VHF-FM marine channel 13 or 16. The 12-hour closure times are subject to change and will be updated via Broadcast Notice to Mariners on VHF-FM marine channel 16.
